There are so many cute and fashionable phone cases on the market these days, the selection can become overwhelming at times.  I love seeing which cases celebs use since there are so many different options.  Here are some phone cases that I have currently been lusting after.

This case is super fun, and I love how its clear so that you can still see the beautiful metallic color of the phone.  Plus it has watermelon, pineapples, and donuts on it.  What's not to love?

Fun fact: I was deeply considering getting this case when I first got my phone, but I ended up getting this one.  I love how sparkly this case is!

This case is super preppy and fun, so perfect for back to school!  The gold label gives it a luxe feel.

I love the pearl lunar cycle against the metal rose gold background on this case.

Fashionable and Functional

When I saw this I thought it was so cute and so smart!  I love the play on the classic, always recognizable Bloomingdales bag.

Outrageously Amazing

Oversized pompom? Check. Tassel? Check. Trendy? Double check!  I mean, why not just attach a pompom and a tassel to your phone.  I love this case.

Lust List: Chokers

Hello!

Chokers have been trending for a while now, but I have finally jumped the bandwagon.  I was sold when I saw the dainty little ones that look like someone tied a bow around your neck.  I also like the dainty little sparkly ones(see above image).  Here are some of my favorites.

Bow

I love the super delicate and feminine look of the delicate bow, it's so cute!  I sometimes like to just tie a ribbon around my neck to achieve a similar look.

This choker is so pretty.  I like how the addition of a crystal floral choker actually makes it look a little bit edgy, but still totally girly!  I love this combination.

Metal

Forever 21 "Faux Stone Choker"

This choker is slightly thicker than most, and I love that you can let it rest slightly below your neck.  Sometimes chokers feel like they are choking you.  This is also super cute, I feel like you could wear it year round, even to Coachella!

Deluxe

Leith "Chain & Fringe Ribbon Choker",  Nordstrom

This is super edgy but I love the addition of the overlapping chain and the tassel!  So cute!  The medallions on the ribbon add a little bit of edge and glam.

Elle 

Tiffany "Heart Tag Toggle Necklace"

I cannot leave out little Miss Woods, Elle.  I love Elle's Tiffany necklace, and although she's not really wearing it like a choker, I feel like you totally could.

Reflections on 2015

Hello!

I realized that I never reflected on 2015, so I am going to do so now.  These are always fun to look at and reminensce at what we've accomplished and done every year.  I wish for a happy and prosperous 2016.

A new year, another open door Source: outdoormagic

January: I remember that last year I told myself that I was going to eat healthy until Easter, and not eat anything unhealthy until Easter.  And of course I failed, that mentality does not work.  This year I am trying to be more realistic.  In January I competed in the regional Academic Decathlon after school resumed.

February: I finished competing in the regional Acadeca competition and I won a bronze medal in Interview! (What? What?)

March: I remember waiting for Spring Break to come because I felt like I was dying in school.  I also left for China!

April: I visted Beijing, China with my best friend and mandarin classmates.  I had so much fun in China and will treasure and remember those experiences forever.  Maybe I should do a blog post on China.  I competed(in figure skating) in La Jolla.  I also started studying for AP exams.

May: AP tests rolled around, and I remember freaking out, but being so proud of myself when they were all over.

June: I got through finals pretty well.  And was forced to go to Yellowstone, post on that here.

July: I relaxed and basked in the carefree summer break life.  I also decided to dedicate time to my blog.  I gave my blog a little makeover.  I decided to be a daily blogger(for a short while).

August: I traveled to Ann Arbor, Michigan to compete in National Showcase.  I visited the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor and decided to apply there.  I also started college applications and school.  I stopped blogging.

September: I went along with school, and struggled with having four AP classes for the first time, and AP physics.

October: I worked more on college apps, and relaunched(unsuccessfully) my blog(again).

November: I worked even more on college apps and turned most of them in.  Thanksgiving break was way too short for the amount of homework that I got.

December: I took finals and then Christmas came!  I love the holidays and I love christmas music, check out my favorite playlist.

I'm probably forgetting a million things, but I'm so excited for 2016 and for what's to come.  As for this blog I have no idea what's going to happen once school starts up again, but I can guarantee periodic updates with college application stuff, and maybe just random content.  But you can always check out my tumblr ;).

Fall Wishlist 2014

Note 7/23/15:  I eventually created a series called "Lust Lists", this was a Wishlist, so I thought that "Lust Lists" was the closest category for that.  That is why this Wishlist is showing up on the "Lust Lists" page.

Summer 2013 Top Ten

Every summer I always want to do something, but I never end up doing it.  For example, last summer, last summer I wanted to organize my room, but I didn't because I had too much homework.  So my goal for this summer is to accomplish all of the things on my top ten list.

My Summer Top Ten:

 1. Read 3 books (at least) *

 2. Have a lemonade stand **

 3. Go to Disneyland

 4. Have a do nothing day

 5. Maintain a healthy diet and workout

 6. Drink Water

 7. Try out some new products

 8. Keep in touch with friends

 9. Go to the Beach

10. Go shopping with Lily***  

Note 7/23/15: I found this to be enough like a lust list to be in the "Lust List" category of posts.

* I've recently joined GoodReads, and I really like it.  It's a great site to find a good book to read.

** I saw in a menu once, that there was this organization that sent you stuff to have a lemonade stand (except the actual lemonade) and then you could send back everything and the money that you raised and it is helps children with cancer!

  

***Lily is one of my very good friends I promised her that I would go shopping with her during the school year.
