Water Wednesday: Peach Sparkling Water

 For today's water Wednesday I am going to show you how to make peach sparkling water.  Add a little flavor to your water and some fizz to get a soda-esque drink, that is way better for you.  Here's what you'll need.

Ingredients and supplies for peach sparkling water

- a cup of cold sparkling water
-a fresh peach
-a spoonful of sugar
-a knife
-a small spoon
-a small glass


First cut the peach in half, remove the pit, and cut a quarter piece of the half.  Peel the skin off of the peach and remove any bitter pit remanants.

Slice the peach piece with the knife

Sprinkle sugar over the peaches and mush with the spoon to combine, this is what you should have

Pour the sparkly water directly over the peach and sugar mixture

Stir to combine, and enjoy!

Enjoy this summer refreshing drink.  You can also add ice if you like!
